Positive: The staff was extremely helpful, stored our luggage prior to check in, gave us a tour of the property, made excursion reservations, etc. The property itself is amazing. It is well kept and beautiful. The rooms were spotless, beds comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here on on our next visit to Boquete.

Negative: We were not able to get hot water for our evening showers . The gardens were just beautiful. A lot of work goes into ground keeping. Very relaxing.
